Update to V. 10.3.7 – settings menu has disappeared

Since I updated to the new version, the settings menu has disappeared.

This is the only setting left:

Hi.  New version; very limited features. Being updated slowly - meantime there's a Legacy version...

Thank you very much for your answer! Hopefully there will be updates soon. The version wasn't really annuonced as a kind of beta version. Would habe been nice to know in advance.
