Unable to create a stack

I stupidly upgrade to the latest version of Evernote today and now I can't create a Stack.  This is an important feature to me.  What happened to this functionality?  Is there a new secret way to create a stack/

You could go back to 6.25.1 found here until EN gets it sorted.

@SCouch Stacks are created in the Notebook list. Click the Notebook label in the black background sidebar or Ctrl+Alt+2.

Locate a note book you wish to place in a new stack. Click the three dots option at the end of the line with that Notebook then Add to stack | New Stack

There is no "Add to Stack" option in the drop down list. It has disappeared in the 10.5. Windows version.

Stack operations have all disappeared from the current release of Evernote. I may be looking to move my notes to something else because of this. Too bad as I do like Evernote for this kind of service. Would just like the Stack functionality to return ASAP.

Stack operations function in the Notebook panel, not in the sidebar
