Randomly Created Tags

Hi all, 

I've updated to v10.3.7 of the Mac app, and was tidying my notes and tags when I noticed that there were a few random tags being added that I can't delete. The only option I get is to 'Add to shortcuts' in the new tags (Tags I've created can be deleted). It doesn't look like the rogue tags are appearing on the web version, only Mac app

Does anyone know how I can delete these tags from the app?
