Where are my subfolders

Downloaded the latest update to Evernote for iPad and I can't find any of my subfolders (Stacked notebooks).  All I have are top level notebooks with literally hundreds, and in some cases, thousands, of notes in them.  I didn't set any of these notes up for "search to use" (i.e. tags).  Where did my sub-notebooks go?

I am having a similar issue this evening. I can see the notebooks, but not the actual notes within them!

Seems you no longer have tree-like structure of notebooks, you can only have ONE level notebooks GROUPED by empty pseudo-folder that aggregates notes of notebooks that are put inside - another limitation of new version.

Before I noticed the difference, I deleted hundred of notes.

There should have been a much better job communicating to users the differences between the old and new versions. No one likes surprises, especially from a piece a software people use to store information.

What a shame.  A small company that grows to the point they  can no longer support what their customers want.  Evernote's seen the last of my money!  I'm looking for a alternative...
