Evernote helper, the best tool has gone forever

Evernote doesn't update itself and I haven't noticed it in years. Today I updated from 1.14 to 10.

The Evernote helper, the small app that is in the menu bar of Mac OS, not to be confused with the web clipper of the browser, does not allow you to adjust keyboard shortcuts, breaking the flow that I have had for more than 10 years.

Besides, its best function, historical image buffer that I had has disappeared.

What is it now?

Why this mania of breaking what once worked well and making it unusable?

I'm not the only one who sees this happening in the forum and meanwhile, the moderators and developers are ignoring it.

Don't they use Evernote and one of the best features that your suite has?
