Samsung s51 : sometime failing to create new note

Actually most of the times when I open a new note , first it refuses to be in an edit mode where the keyboard appears.

 

Secondly when the keyboard some times comes , after writing few sentences the note hangs like windows machine.

 

And then an error message comes that the note can't be saved.

 

Ans the note get now delered.

 

This is so frustrating, I started saving new ideas on Gmail.

I have seen old.posts where some other person made the same complaint.

 But none has responded.
