Mac app 10.2.4 no longer saving data

My Evernote file is daily use for 13 years. 

Starting Tuesday 11/3, the Mac version no longer saves data. Version 10.2.4 

I can add & edit notes from the web and from ios. The Mac version will sync/download. But I can't create or edit from the mac and have it persist. 

Sometimes I see the Mac app stuck in a sync loop (screenshot attached), but most of the time it looks like it's working. It just never saves. I've reinstalled the app. Is there some DB maintenance I can perform to get it working again?
