Three Dots Menu No Longer Works

I started noticing about a week ago that nothing in the three dots menu works.  No matter what I select nothing happens.

I'm using Firefox 82.0.2 on Windows 10.

This used to work for me and I've used it extensively in the past.  I last used this probably a few weeks ago.  I'm not exactly sure.

I've tried this on several notes and multiple PCs.  Same result.
