For those of us who use Evernote for outlining, bullet points and brainstorming, it would be a great help to have "Move up" and "Move down" buttons right next to the "increase indent" and "decrease indent" buttons. Note: I mostly use the Windows version of Evernote.
For example, in a list of bullet points, sometimes I later want to move them around. Currently I highlight a line and then drag it up or down to the new spot. Usually that ends up deleting one of the bullet points, so I have to go to the spot and hit enter to restore the bullet point. Not a huge deal, but having buttons that quickly move bullets up or down would streamline the process greatly.
