Missing notebooks - Evernote v 10.2.4/Web "Shared with me" vs "Shared with me" v 7.14.1 -

Evernote Web and Mac in the latest version only show 2 notebooks under shared with me

v 10.2.4 build 458360 public
Editor: v111.0.14414
Service: v1.21.2

 

Instead Evernote legacy shows 4

Hi.  Were the missing items shared from a different owner? On a different date? If you do a search for a keyword in a shared note,  is the content still available despite the fact the notebook doesn't show?  It takes a little while to migrate the database to the new version too - the entries might appear in a day or two.

I'd suggest you raise a support ticket - it'll take a while to get anything more than a tracking number, but if it turns out there's an issue you'll get attention sooner if you report it now.

Plus I assume you have the legacy version to use for the meantime until this gets fixed.
