Hi. Sorry - even when the question is in English I don't think I understand it. To edit notes in windows, either open the Evernote web client, or install and open the desktop app from Evernote .com Link to comment

Вы можете создать ярлык со ссылкой на нужную заметку на рабочем столе. При запуске откроется Evernote на выбранной заметке (в приложении или в браузере). You can create a shortcut with a link to the note on your desktop. When launched, Evernote will open on the selected note (in the application or in the browser). Link to comment
