Trying to contact customer service?!

I am trying to contact Evernote about some billing issues... I went through the proper email channels but have not received any response.  Making a scene on the forum seems to be the only way to get someone's attention.  Seems like a great customer service tactic.

I have just emailed support after being billed wrong amount and with 5 months left to run on a subscription =

The average wait time for a response is currently 10-12+ days. Please know we're doing our best to get back to you as soon as possible. 

God help anyone who has really urgent problems.

You would think finance/billing would be separate to technical support?
