what happened to support?

Could be.  Or they are inundated with V10 requests.

I complained to them they charge me twice without even sending any emails. Probably they ignore those type of questions.

mine is now 5 days ago. they replied to me on Facebook messenger and asked for the case ID and then since disappear and not even look like they checked it after. but first time checked with in mins
