Evernote 10 notebooks/stacks not syncing with Evernote Web and Legacy

Hi there - currently I'm having a weird issue w/ sync in Evernote. I did some reorganizing after Evernote 10 released and I'm finding that notebooks and stacks don't seem to be syncing. This issue has persisted for several days now.

Basically, any chances I make in notebook/stack organization is syncing between Evernote Web and Evernote Legacy, but not Evernote 10.
