(Archived) Search and sort with "NOT"

The problem :

I have created many different notes with "phone" or "nophone" tag, and I plan to switch the tag when the phone call is made... I want to keep these contacts in the evernote data base, as I have to call them once upon a time

... But then, there are many "(no)phone" notes... Too many !

A wished (?) solution :

I wish to display all the other notes through a sort like this one :

Display all the notes that do NOT have (phone or nophone) in their tags....

this sort seems not possible. What could I do ?

May be it is a feature request, or is it presently possible ? Could you show me if it is possible ? I haven't found the way.

In the search bar:

-tag:"phone"

or

-tag:"nophone"
