X to close and _ to minimize aren't shown

In the latest version of Evernote, I can't minimize, close, or move the window. The Notebook doesn't have any of the options in the top right corner for X or _ to minimize. Is this supposed to be happening?

You seem to be missing a whole line above what you have in your screen shot

I have the same problem, and it was my fault.  Under "View" hit "Toggle Full Screen."  That should fix it!!
