Note too long

I regularly run into this when creating notes with lots of charts - but nothing crazy, prints to around 20 page A4 PDF.
It seems to just randomly "have enough" and error out, pops up this error message (always with different numbers for the maximum length) - see attachment.
What seems to matter more is the pixel size of each picture, not really the overall length of the document - which makes this error message particularly badly thought out.
Btw..the popup is impossible to close - and last changes on the note are lost.

(I'm running premium btw, so this is not some licensing issue I believe)

6.25.1 (309091) on Windows 10 with all updates applied

Any thoughts/solutions for this?
