Customise the New Note dropdown

At the moment when you click the dropdown next to the New Note button you get a list of options - Meeting Note, To-Do, Weekly Planner, etc. Nice idea, but the templates given are incredibly simplistic, especially when you have an entire template library to hand. It would be much better to let you choose a handful of your own templates for this drop down list instead.
