"Sync on Wi-Fi only" option in settings

In the previous version there was an option in settings to "Sync on Wi-Fi only", I can't see this option anymore with the new version.

If it has been removed, It would be nice to have it back.

This is an important feature, especially with fragile internet connections like being on a train.

If sync can be restricted to WiFi, other uses of an iPad can take place via 4G, but EN will collect information that can be synced once back in good network conditions. Without this option, it means setting the whole device to „flight mode“ to avoid „damage by sync“.
