Recuperar libretas o pilas eliminadas por error

Buenas tardes estimados.

Requiero de su apoyo, para poder recuperar una pila o libre, eliminada por error. He buscado en papelera, pero no me quedo ninguna nota guardada que habia dentro de esa pila o libre, es para mi de suma importancia la informacion que habia en ella, espero poder encontrar una pronta respuesta

If you have emptied the trash there is no way to restore the notes other than through any backups you may have made.
