Template to add a column of numbers?

I could REALLY use a template where you could select columns with numbers in them and get a total at the bottom.  I couldn't find such a beast.  Does one exist? Is this where I'd request such a thing?

Summing columns is not supported by Evernote

The attached screenshot from my Mac shows a note with a spreadsheet attachment file (inline view)

That would be perfect. I'm on Win10 however, and while I can link to the spreadsheet, I have to click on the link to open it in excel.  I really would rather have it simply appear like on your Maac.  Am I doing something wrong to prevent that?
