Can't find the options/settings menu on the latest Evernote v6.19.0 beta

Can someone please tell me if there is a options or settings menu that I can access? Because I looked a lot and couldn't find it.

I want to disable automatic number list, and set the default font size from 16 to 18.

I am using Windows 10 with Evernote v 6.19.0 build 1643 beta

Edit: I have fixed the issue by downloading the latest ver 6.25 from evernote website.
