Only see a notebook on desktop

I have had files on Evernote for a while but I recently started using Evernote again. I imported several notebooks from OneNote into evernote on my desktop this weekend. Two of the three notebooks show up on my phone app and the desktop but one notebook( a large one) shows up only on desktop. I would think if I reached my upload limit I wouldn't see it on desktop at all. Do you think I reached my upload limit or do you think there's a syncing issue?

Hi. I'd agree that if you can see the notebook on desktop, it seems to have reached your account. If it doesn't show up on the 'phone, it has to be a syncing issue - can you edit one of these notes to include a memorable word or phrase and then (after syncing both desktop and phone) search for it on the phone?
