(Archived) No replies when reporting a bug?

Yes, users do not receive automated reply when submitting the feedback form; due to high load, we contact users only when we need additional information to reproduce the problem, though we try to review every bug report that comes from them.

We're in the process of setting up some support tools that will make it easier to send out acknowledgments and follow-ups for these types of issues. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
