sniem 0
I've used "Report a problem" in the Help menu for reporting defects and suggestions several times and never got a copy of my bug report nor a reply. Is that by design?Greetings Link to comment
iafanasyev 1
Yes, users do not receive automated reply when submitting the feedback form; due to high load, we contact users only when we need additional information to reproduce the problem, though we try to review every bug report that comes from them. sniem 0
OK, thanks, then you may want to change the answer I see after submitting a bug, currently it is "We will get back to you shortly." and add a "if we need more info"... Link to comment
engberg 89
We're in the process of setting up some support tools that will make it easier to send out acknowledgments and follow-ups for these types of issues. Thanks for your patience in the meantime. Link to comment
ruudhein 29
I just reported what I think is a bug here in the forum: should we use the report in EN3 itself then instead? Link to comment
engberg 89
The feedback page is the best place to report defects, since we collect structured information there (platform, etc.) and can contact you directly for follow-up. You can get there from the "Feedback" link on the bottom of the page once you log in to your account, or go here:http://evernote.com/about/feedback/Thanks Link to comment
