Move Checkbox from Insert Drop Down to the Formatting Menu Bar

On MacOS Beta move Checkbox from Insert Drop Down to the Formatting Menu Bar where it used to be and belongs.  When you create a checklist note and want to add a new checkbox at the top of the list, it should be one click (on the menu bar), not Insert>Click on checkbox.

The checklist is available directly on the formatting bar, but only if your window is wide enough. See my screenshot, below. Unfortunately, what is currently missing is the ability to re-order items on the formatting bar which would be useful to put one's most-used options further to the left where they will appear on smaller windows/screens.
