Screen always shows "Try reloading the page."

I couldn't access my evernote content on Chrome/Edge from 3 week's ago, while my alternative plan was using Safari because it works.
But this week the only alternative method became invalid, I was shocked！
Please watch the attachment pictures, and the url was showing "https://www.evernote.com/client/web#?an=true&".

Today, I found when I agreed the alert "To use the 1.4Gb storage space at this Mac ",

and then I can accessed my content on Safari (Chrome still with problem).
