rmurta 0 Posted August 12, 2020 Share Posted August 12, 2020 Evernote web redirects me to : https://www.evernote.com/client/web?login=true#?an=true& after I login. and I always receive a message saying."Sorry we are having issues, try to refresh the page", refreshing the page does not fix the issue I end up in the same error page using my MAC, I installed the app, I login, after that a black popup is displaying with a green spinner gif, which does not load any info. It stays for a while, than it closes. when I click on the app window, the pop up shows up again. Endless loop Any help on both issues? I already uninstalled the app(using app cleaner) restarted the mac and installed the app again thank you Link to comment

If you want to try the browser route again I'd suggest clearing your browser cookies and history although beware that you'll have to log in to all your websites again, and may have to re-save some preferences. Alternatively try a different browser... Link to comment

I will reply here once it's released to check if the issue continues.
