Can't redeem points!

I still have 70 points obtained in 2017 but I can't redeem them! Everytime I clicked upgrade, it directed me to payment. the "evernote point" button directed me to the general setting page which does not display my evernote points. This is so strange. I can see that I still have 70 points from the app on my phone, but pressing it lead it a blank page. And these 70 points do not show up in my evernote web version.

To clarify, the general setting page is the account summary page which clicking "Points" directed me to. Manage subscription directed me to payment with no redeem point option.

Because I bought Premium Package of Evernote, I have registered the points to my account. And I am trying to upgrade my account from basic to premium, using my points.

Same problem for me, for the record -- I opened a ticket with support, and they cancelled the Premium I was already on saying it would allow the points to be seen, but it made no difference. The irony is I had the points in the first place because I tried to upgrade my trial Premium to a full year's subscription and didn't want the chance that my account would be downgraded as that would disrupt my workflow. 😏

Cannot redeem points to upgrade to premium.

Since so many people face the same problem, Why Evernote does not post instructions on this thread?
