EuGH declares Privacy Shield invalid - where is our data stored?

Idea

As stated on several news pages, the agreement called Privacy Shield was declared invalid (again, as Safe Harbor before).

  • What does this mean for Evernote?
  • Where is our data stored? Is the date stored on european servers?
  • Is it still save to store (European) business data within Evernote?
