Does Evernote's web client store note data on my local machine?

I have a question regarding the web client of evernote.

Basically I want to understand if I'm using the evernote web

client only if it's going to store note data on my local machine/laptop.

No data base is stored on your machine.  Though you may want to flush the browser cache and/or be sure and log out when you quit EN web to be sure there are no crumbs left about.
