Notebook cannot be deleted -Evenrote web version

I have a notebook that has 280 notes in it that I no longer want or need.

All notes are created by me - I really do not want to delete each note individually and the Shift + Windows fix does not work on the website version.

So, I am trying to figure out why I cannot delete this notebook.

Yes I have more than one notebook - I even tried renaming it.

I have tried various fixes that I've seen and still nothing appears to work.

I am using Chrome and have Windows 10 for a PC.

Do you have this designated as the default notebook?

Same here. Retried Evernote on Chrome (Win 10) and bumped into 2 notebooks I used 8 years ago. 1 I succeeded in deteting, on the other (102 notes) the Delete notobook option is greyed out. No option for (un)setting as default, no option to select all notes, help function only works in local lingo (currently in Italy). I think I'll skip retrying Evernote....

Follow-up, same issue. Yes, it is the default notebook. However, I cannot change the default notebook to the one I usually work with, let's call it Notebook 2. Notebook 2 does not show up in my list of notebooks when I try to set a default.

Hi. Maybe create a new temporary notebook to assign as default so you can at least delete the unwanted notes? Being unable to see a notebook is a whole other problem...

Is Notebook 2 designated as a Local Notebook?

@Bote de JongAt the bottom of the EN Support page is a language option. You can choose any available language. For best results I would choose the English version.

The notebook should not be the default notebook, or defined as local.
