If you answered that "No" Evernote does not have a ChromeOS-specific version,  but it does have the web client that works with any OS able to run Chrome or Firefox,  you would have been correct...

Have you tried switching to another version of the web UI (in Settings).  The latest one is a beta and is -eventually- due for an upgrade...
