Upgrade page being displayed even though upgrade was already purchased

Each time I open Evernote, it brings me directly to a page asking to upgrade to Premium.  When I click to upgrade .. it tells me what I already know; I have already purchased the annual subscription.

There is no way to get access to my content.  I have rebooted, uninstalled, and turned the Pixel 3 several times, and nothing changes

Hi.  You're still showing here as a Basic user,  so your upgrade apparently didn't take (yet).  Have you tried logging in on a desktop machine to Evernote.com to check your status?  Can you confirm when and how you ordered the upgrade?
