Having trouble figuring out tag shortcut

Command '     doesn't seem to work for me.

I've read on this forum in the Mac desktop for Evernote it's command '

But trying that doesn't work for me.

I partly use Evernote for tagged action items (about three dozen per day) so it would be convenient if I can add / remove tags using just the keyboard while in the note, without having to go to the cursor.
