So i have several saved searches that i would like to access directly from my desktop.  Any possible way to do this?

I tried this "C:\path\to\evernote\ENScript.exe showNotes /q “tag:1+impt tag:2+urgent" but it's not working.

tag:1+impt tag:2+urgent is not valid search syntax   
You need quotes; see this post for example
