Cannot move notebook to stack

This just came up.  I created a new notebook, placed a note inside.  I wanted to move the notebook to a Stack that I currently have.  In both the desktop app (Mac) or logging in and using the web interface to my account I cannot move ANY notebooks between any stacks.  What is going on?

Ok - I figured it out too:

 

You must use the "notebook" view - you can't rearrange notebooks in the sidebar.
