jimmer 0
In Safari 13.1, my installed Web Clipper is v7.12.13. The App store has a v7.12.14. I downloaded the newer one, quit the process in Activity Monitor, trashed Evernote Web Clipper from my Applications folder, installed the extension, and launched Safari. It's showing that my installed Web Clipper is still v7.12.13. What am I doing wrong? Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,101 Posted May 5, 2020 Level 5 Share Posted May 5, 2020 Yes, I had something similar. Just can’t remember how it got solved - and it did get solved. With the new Apple security policy, there is no work around for the AppStore for Safari extensions. They have to be installed from the AppStore. Maybe issue a support ticket. 1 Link to comment
zombie_chris 2
This is a known issue apparently, I contacted support about some speed issues with Safari: Quote I was able to confirm this is a known bug and the latest version for Safari is 7.12.3-1.0.5 even though the Mac App Store shows 7.12.4. - Karla Gerona, Evernote Support Link to comment
