Annotate PDF allowing select/viewing mode to navigate

Idea

Navigating and annotating goes hand in hand especially when the file is long. Currently, you can not click the link in the table of contents that takes you to the appropriate section in the PDF annotate mode (which is advertised as a premium feature). When you are annotating a long PDF file, it is very cumbersome and ultimately unusable when you can not navigate to a section from a table of contents while many PDF annotators offer the select/viewing option that switches it to a viewer mode instead of annotate

1. Open PDF annotate in Evernote

2. Click a button or so to switch to viewer or select mode so my click on the file content won’t be an arrow or highlight

3. Click on a section on the table of content that PDF allows to

4. Start reading and annotate there

Alternatively, a press of button (say the command key) should also be fine to navigate to a section or open a link.
