Context feature not working

Good evening Evernote,

The context feature has stopped working for me on all iOS and macOS devices, as well as on the Web. What’s going on? It’s been more than 2 weeks now. No notice from official Evernote channels, too. Any update? 

I heavily rely on it, and I’m actually paying for it. It’s included in the Premium plan.

Having this same issue the last two weeks. Smart fill for notebooks/tags on webclipper for Chrome (Mac OS 10.12.6, Chrome v 80.0.3987.163) is also not working and related articles not showing after clipping. Have tried reinstalling webclipper but no change. I also rely on it quite a bit.

Apparently a number of people are having this problem. This is not a feature I use very much. Since all of you have Premium subscriptions, it might be good to submit requests to Evernote support (https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new). If you find out anything, please report it here so others can be helped.

I had this issue for a week (on Windows/Android/Web), but it seems to be resolved on my account now.  I did submit a support request but the support rep didn't suggest anything that resolved the issue for me.  Now, just as suddenly and silently as it stopped working, now it's working for me again.  Hopefully it is working for others now.

Good it got resolved.

Sometimes, they don’t tell - they just get things fixed, and that is it. I wish they would be more proactive in their information, but if things work, this is confirmation enough when it is an obvious feature.

Context is completely gone from my premium account. Why?

On which type of computer / client do you have problems ?

On a Mac, try to stop and reinitiate context through EN settings.

The same on iOS - here the settings are a bit hidden behind the note-settings.
