Moving notes from one notebook to another.

I right -clicked on a note, but the option  to "move note" did not come up as stated.Please help me!

Hi, and welcome to the forums. How are you accessing your notes? On the Evernote Web client in a browser, or in the Windows or Mac desktop programs?

Somehow I do not „move“ a note, I simply assign another notebook to it, and am done.

Because a note is always nested in exactly one notebook, there is no need to „move“ it like one may do when using a tool like the Explorer in Windows or the Finder on a Mac.
