General note syncing problem

I am trying to both restore a particular note and get it to properly sync, and it is doing neither, for my Android, my MacBook Air, and PC.

Can you explain further your process to "restore a particular note"?

Also, what are the problems with "properly sync"?

Every time i try to restore my 3 Evernote notes, i meant to write that last night, they are constantly saying ''conflicting changes'' while refusing to restore them.

Conflicting changes means they were altered on two or more clients at the same time. This causes a sync conflict.
