Two Different New Note Buttons?

Hey! I have two different accounts. My "New Note" button is different on each. One version has AWESOME templates with it (first image) and the other doesn't (second image). Any idea how I can get the first version on BOTH accounts? (These specific templates are NOT available in the "templates" section. Both my accounts are "Basic" although one is brand new, and one is years old.

Hi.  Is this the same browser on the same device?  Unless you're using different versions of the web client (check in 'settings' by clicking the 'A') they should look the same.

Same browser, same version. The version I want is intermittent even on the account on which it appears. Maybe it's a new feature roll out?
