week variable for searches to show Mon-Sun and not Sun-Sat

I'm trying to filter/serach all Notes from the current week, BUT

When using the week variable for it starts always Sun-Sat as defintion for the week. (also found here: https://dev.evernote.com/doc/articles/search_grammar.php)

I'm looking for a way to re-define this to Mon-Sun. 
Is there a way do to this?  Maybe with Settings  or with additional search options?

Hi.  You can define any period by searching for notes created on or after <date1> but excluding those created on or after <date2>.  As in "created:20200309 -created:20200316" That's a Monday to Monday range but you get the Monday to Sunday notes.
