Using Evernote via browser on old ipad

I know this question has been asked, but the asnwers do not apply to me. I can not hold the refresh button or the share button and see an option to "use browesr"

I am always directed to the app store and my ipad is too old to download the app. Ironically, it is also too old to update its os. So I need access to the browser version of evernotes to sync with my other devices.

How can I do this? I do not care for another app. I am happy to do it on the browser.
