Beta release 10.0 (1096241)- Notebook Stacks

I noticed after installing the latest beta release 10.0 (1096241) March 6, 2020 that I couldn't reorganize notebook stacks. I couldn't move a notebook from one stack to another, delete a stack, or create a new stack in beta testing. 

I'm not sure if that's one of those items in beta not meant to be tested like workchat and other items that aren't available in the beta test. I just wanted to make sure it was documented in case there was oversight.

i'm a beta user for Android but I'm not getting 10 from playstore. i got only 8.13.1. Can you kindly send the apk 😬😬

I'm also a beta user,  currently also on 8.13.1. Not even sure where '10' comes from.  When there's a beta for us to see I'm sure you'll be able to download it.
