Tag search within a note is incomplete.

When adding Tags within a note the search misses matches that are found by searching Tags in the left panel of the app. Within the note the search only finds matches that occur at the start of the Tag title. In the left panel of the app a search finds all matches including those to the second, third or more words of the Tag title.

So for example, if I already have Tags titled: "Thought Mastery" and "Negative thoughts", a search for "Thought" done in the left panel will retrieve both Tags, but a search done within the note, when adding Tags, will just find: "Thought Mastery" and it will miss the Tag titled: "Negative Thoughts."
