Colour coded notes and notebooks

As a vision impaired user, I would love to see Evernote implement the ability to colour code notes and notebooks.  This would make it easy to find commonly used or notes with a specific topic without having to read the name of the note or notebook.

I would like to be able to change the page colour as users with reading problems, such as dyslexia, often find it easier to read text against a green background.  That would be my number one complaint about EverNote.
