(Archived) I need premium account deactivated and tech support isn't re

My premium account has somehow become "deactivated", which I don't understand because I've had my account over two years, have well over 1200 noteS, including some vital documents.

I've emailled tech support 4 times requesting help and have yet to receive a response, 36 hours later.

Can anyone please help?!?

Yes, I've completed that link 4 times and have received the confirmation emails they received it. Nothing after that...

I don't know when you first submitted a ticket, but you do know premium support is not 24/7, right?
