unknown account on credit card

Hi

We have an unknown Evernote account on the Company credit card. We have been getting charged for the last 3 years. We don't know anything about it. Probably a previous employee.

How do we cancel the subscription without knowing any subscription details without cancelling the card?

HI.  This is a mainly user-supported Forum.  You need to contact Evernote customer service - see https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action and choose 'continue as guest' to raise a payment issue.  Not sure how much help Evernote can be without even a name or email address - there are a lot of subscribers!

But I have faced the scam recently. I noticed that from credit card was paid the subscription to several app. I had to lock my credit card. I thought that usually accounts are stolen from rich or famous people. How wrong I was.. I found out that in the internet there are cash app carding tutorial that can use everyone who want easy money. As a result, my account was stolen with about $500. I was very upset when I found a zero balance in my account. I wrote to support, but they did not help me in any way. Now I am more careful with my credit cards.
