I am trying to cancel 2 out of the 4 seats we currently pay for and apply for a pro-rated refund. I originally submitted a ticket via email. Now, however, every time I try to do anything through the Admin console, I get logged out automatically. I then enter a never-ending loop of logging in, only to be logged out again. There does not seem to be a way to get in touch with an actual human being at this company. Please advise on how I can have action taken on my request. Thank you.
